You’ll pay yearly site fees starting from £4,000 which covers park maintenance, WIFI, water, annual gas certification, our park team and the upkeep of our award winning grounds. In addition to this, there are ongoing annual costs for essentials such as electricity, gas, and insurance—these can vary depending on your usage and provider.
Is my holiday home covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our homes come with full manufacture and park warranty. After sales care is something we take very seriously, our park team will always be on hand to look after you and your holiday home.
Do you provide holiday home insurance?
We don’t provide insurance directly, but it’s something every owner must arrange through an external provider.
Are pets and children allowed?
Absolutely! We love seeing families—furry friends included—enjoying Seven Springs.
Is finance available?
Yes! We offer 0% finance on selected homes. If the one you love isn’t included, you’re still welcome to purchase via cash or third-party financing.
Can I sell my holiday home?
Yes, if you change your mind or your life circumstances shift, we understand that flexibility and peace of mind matter. You can sell your holiday home at Seven Springs.
