Here’s what we do to get your property ready to be sublet.

  • Step 1: Property Assessment and Setup: We begin by assessing your holiday lodge to ensure it meets our letting standards. We'll advise on any improvements that could increase rental appeal and income potential.
  • Step 2: Seamless Booking Management: We work with Hoseasons to manage availability, prevent double-bookings, and coordinate with your personal use calendar. You tell us when you want to use your lodge, and we block those dates automatically. Everything else is available for letting. You maintain complete control over your schedule while maximising income potential.
  • Step 3: Guest Communication and Support: From booking confirmation through to checkout, we work with Hoseasons to handle all guest communications. Welcome packs, property information, local recommendations, and 24/7 emergency support are all provided. Guests receive a professional, welcoming experience that generates excellent reviews and repeat bookings.
  • Step 4: Property Management and Maintenance: Between guests, we arrange professional cleaning and inspection of your lodge. Any maintenance issues are identified and resolved quickly. Linens are laundered, consumables restocked, and your property is kept in pristine condition. You return to find your lodge exactly as you left it.
  • Step 5: Regular Income Payments: Rental income is paid directly to you monthly, with clear statements showing bookings, deductions, and earnings. Our transparent fee structure means you always know exactly what you're earning.
